Hi Leanne, The Go for 2 and 5 website has a fantastic veggie lasagne recipe which your students will love! It is packed full of veggies and flavour. You can view this recipe at http://www.gofor2and5.com.au/recipes.aspx?c=3&a=280&n=167&rl=175

Thank you lyndal. I will give it a go and see if the students like it. I will let you know how successful it is. Do you know of a meat lasagne as well which would be suitable for schools.

In the Fresh Ideas Folder (Fresh Tastes resource) there is a lean meat sauce recipe that you could use and try adding some extra vegies such as grated zucchini, diced celery or corn. Then it is a matter of adding a white sauce, which could be either a homemade sauce using reduced fat milk or use ricotta or cottage cheese or even buy a packet white sauce where you just add water.

Lunch Crates

I am looking at replacing our lunch crates. We currently use 28litre plastic 'toy' boxes, but these have a very short life, splitting and breaking very easily.
