It is important that the school community is not only made aware of canteen committee meetings being held, but also allowed to contribute suggestions or make constructive comments. The HKSCA has produced these samples to enable your committee to successfully communicate with the whole school community on canteen issues.
Advertising a Canteen Meeting to the Whole School Community - Sample
This sample letter may be placed in the school newsletter, at least two weeks prior to a meeting to allow the school community to submit written contributions to a canteen committee meeting.

The canteen committee always welcomes constructive comments and/or suggestions from the school community. Please put your request in writing and address it to the Canteen Committee Secretary.
